Starting the year off right

So, right out the gate I'm onto a great start for my 999 list.

I've read two books

Hidden Places by Lynn Austin and Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin by Franklin

and I'm currently reading

Scarpetta by Patricia Cornwell and Benjamin Franklin:An American Life by Isaacson

I've also done one home improvement project by replacing my foyer table with a drop down desk that is actually utilitarian rather than just decorative. Something similar to this picture, but real pictures to follow! Hubby will refinish with cherry finish in the spring.
